Joining the ASL Global Board in 2022, Mark’s role as Chief Executive Officer is on the strategic development and deployment of a global growth strategy for ASL, based on customer retention, employee engagement, profitable growth and the development of a sustainable operational model delivering on client’s strategic ESG targets.
Prior to joining ASL Global, Mark has over 20 years’ experience in the marketing services industry, most recently as Global Managing Director of a leading global outsource business, at which he oversaw exceptional growth over a five-year period, expanding the business into 49 markets across Europe and the Americas, increasing the annual turnover to US$ 360 million.
Mark heads up an exceptional leadership team of highly experienced professionals from the industry, who are pioneering the next generation of sustainable outsourced marketing services for the global consumer brand market.

John在促銷禮品行業擁有超過20年的經驗。John的職業生涯始於1995年，那時他在一家香港公司Marlow International工作。1999年，John被Marlow任命為公司管理層並持有公司股份。2004年至2006年期間，John為Marlow執掌國際足聯世界盃項目取得了巨大成功，通過國際足聯贊助商專案，他為公司創造了4,000萬美元的收益，他同時還兼顧所有大客戶關係的維護工作。
2006年，John加入ASL，擔任公司董事。他如今是公司的大股東之一。
Pandora是ASL Global的首席財務官，負責公司的所有財務和會計職能工作。Pandora在初創企業和全球擁有數十億美元資產的企業工作過，在規劃與控制、財資與銀行、法律與稅務以及人力資源管理等方面擁有較為豐富的經驗。
Pandora在澳洲接受教育，獲得了會計學士學位以及資訊技術管理碩士學位。 Pandora曾在Praktiker Group Buying Limited擔任財務主管，又在香港Wünsche Group擔任過總經理。Pandora於2014年3月加入ASL。
Steve joined the ASL Global Senior Management team in 2018 to support the strategic growth of ASL’s outsourced marketing services offering. ASL Global has a strong portfolio of blue-chip clients and, since joining the team, he has worked with the Senior Management team to secure strategically important, global outsourced contracts and has successfully implemented multi-market teams, processes and systems. Steve take both sales and operational responsibility for outsourced contracts across the business, and has ownership of ASL’s most important senior client relationships in the outsourcing sector.
Steve commenced his career in the Print Sector and moved into Outsourced Print Management in the early 2000’s. Prior to joining ASL Global, he played an integral role in developing the outsourced marketing service proposition at Adare International Ltd. During his tenure with Adare, Steve successfully managed multiple blue-chip clients and contracts in the UK, Europe and globally, building up extensive experience in all major marketing procurement categories, including Print, POS, Direct Mail and promotional goods. During the last 10 years, Steve has been responsible for some of the biggest, high profile multi-market contracts in the industry, involving large teams assembled across multiple contracts, providing innovative marketing services and products to some of the world’s biggest consumer brand clients.
As Chief Sustainability Officer, Emma is responsible for the delivery of ASL’s sustainability strategy. She leads a dedicated CSR team focused on the delivery of ESG targets and guides our teams to work with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to make a positive contribution to Diversity, Inclusion and Environmental Sustainability in communities around the world.
Emma’s role is to build awareness and followship within ASL and to forge unique partnerships with key external stakeholders which both deliver on ASL’s ESG objectives, and support clients’ sustainability objectives. She has strong experience in leading the development & delivery of pioneering ESG strategies which have been improving sustainability through the value chain since 2011.
A qualified Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Emma has worked in the marketing services industry for over 25 years in a variety of senior leadership roles including client relationship, procurement, marketing and CSR. She is experienced across a diverse range of international markets & industry sectors including broadcast media, global consumer brands & healthcare.
In his wide-ranging role as Commercial & Technology Director, Nick has responsibility for evolving ASL Global’s client facing and operational processes, systems and technology platforms. He also oversees our commercial, contractual and legal arrangements, and drives the continuous development and performance of our robust local and regional supply chains.
Nick previously worked for Adare International, whom he joined under a graduate program following achievement of a high-class degree in Law. Over the subsequent years, he gained a wealth of experience of senior client relationship and operational management roles, which included responsibility for large operational teams servicing a blue-chip client base across multiple markets. Appointed to the Board of Directors, he led the company’s outsourcing procurement function to focus on the strategic development of a comprehensive global supply chain required to support a vast range of marketing services spend categories. Working within a Private Equity ownership environment, Nick formed part of the strategic leadership team that transformed Adare to become a £200m turnover international marketing services business, employing over 600 staff by the end of 2017.
Richard joined ASL Global in 2020, taking on the role of President for the Americas region.
Originally from the UK, Richard has travelled and worked extensively across India and South East Asia. He has many years’ experience in the marketing services business and the US market. As a global service provider, the Americas is a critically important region for ASL and Richard is perfectly placed to drive this market forward, building on the strong client relationships he has forged over recent years, especially in the beauty and food & beverage sector.
Richard has responsibility for driving sales in the US, Central and South America, focusing his efforts on expanding ASL’s existing client base and diversifying the market sectors we currently operate within.
偉雄是ASL Global首席質量與合規官，負責公司整體品質、安全、供應商合規、可持續發展，認證基礎設施以及各個專案的規劃、開發、執行與管理。
偉雄是新加坡人，擁有22餘年相關行業經驗。職業生涯中，偉雄在中小企業和跨國公司環境下，管理貿易和製造業務，被委以重任。
偉雄專注於採用最佳實踐做法，就品質保證、品質控制、道德合規和企業社會責任等方面對企業進行開發再設計，為全球品牌商提供整套企業品質管制解決方案。偉雄此前在一家美國持牌化妝品公司擔任中國區董事總經理一職。此前曾負責一家歐洲零售企業的全球品質與合規營運。
偉雄分別從南洋理工大學和新加坡國立大學獲得工程學學士學位和工程學碩士學位。
Sue擔任ASL Global人力資源總監，負責整個公司的文化營造、崗位設置以及人才隊伍的培養。Sue的工作重點在於保證公司員工參與度、心情愉悅、甘於奉獻，支持公司的理想抱負，從而為客戶提供最優質的服務。
Sue在整個職業生涯中一直擔任的都是人力資源專員，她是特許人事和發展協會的會員。Sue早期是金融和零售業的資深人力資源專員，後來加入Adare international從事行銷服務業，工作數年。作為Adare公司管理層的一員，Sue制定的人力資源策略能夠與企業轉型相匹配，為公司員工提供職業發展的機會。Sue對各行業的人力資源都有豐富的經驗，她堅信「打造良好企業的正是優秀的人才」。
Iris Lam is Director of Administrative Services, responsible for the management of ASL’s administration teams across 52 offices worldwide. With over 25 years’ experience, Iris’ exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills help to provide robust administrative support for ASL’s sales & operational teams.
Iris has been with ASL since its inception in 2005, helping to build the global marketing services business that it is today. She acts as a proactive ‘behind-the scenes’ partner to ASL’s Chairman and Senior Management Team, ensuring the day-to day business operations run smoothly & efficiently.
