Sue, as the HR Director for ASL Global, has responsibility for the culture, capabilities and talent across our business. Sue’s focus is to support the company’s ambitions by ensuring our people are engaged, happy and committed thereby providing our customers with the highest level of customer care.
Sue has spent her entire career within the HR profession and is a Fellow of the CIPD. She held senior HR roles in the finance and retail sectors before joining the marketing services sector with Adare international where she worked for many years. As part of the Adare leadership team, Sue delivered a people strategy that kept pace with the business transformation as well as provided opportunity and growth for the people it employed. Sue has extensive experience in all areas of HR and believes ‘It is good people that make good businesses’.
