Alec Pettigrew knows his way around the Promotions industry, immersed in it as he has been for the last 30 years. He joined Marlow International straight from University and after a number of years had the opportunity, though a management buy-out, to take the small local merchandise company and turn it into a global business.
Having sold Marlow, he subsequently founded Asian Sourcing Link (now ASL Global) in 2005, initially simply to help a friend whose company needed a partner to manage its sourcing in China. He immediately recognised an opportunity that no other company seemed to see and set about building ASL into the innovative partner that many global organisations were looking for at that time.
